Whilst all events are ‘enter on the day’ advance notice of your intention to attend accompanied, when possible, with a flight schedule, greatly eases the burden of the organisers. Remember we are volunteers! Changes to you schedule on the day are easier to manage than imputing from scratch. Please check STC/BMFA website for cancellations before travelling.

Campers and caravans can arrive after 1:00PM on the Friday before. Water, Portaloos, raffle and catering are all available, for a small donation. Visiting pilots fly for £5 per day, but spectators and the public are free!

After two years away due to Lockdowns, our popular two-day fly-in event at our club field in the Gloucestershire countryside is back!
 

Bring any scale models, including helicopters. Nothing over 25kg without prior agreement. Turbine models, scale only, may be allowed depending on the crops in the adjacent fields. Please check first.
Insurance will be required for all models. There will be toilets on site, and there may be limited catering. Free entry.

Open from 10:00am – 5:00pm. With all day R/C flightline featuring top display pilots, trade stands, drone racing, C/L flying with SAM35, model boats, model trains, swap meet, indoor displays and exhibits, refreshments and bar. Fun for all the family.
