Having recently moved halfway round the world to Australia and now wishing to get back into model flying, I find you cannot get the Sundeala board that I used for making a building board. (I used to laminate it on to a sheet of 19mm MDF and it would take model pins really well). Can I ask what other materials people have used successfully for a building board please? I am old school so would rather not go down the magnetic type board if I can avoid it. Grateful for any advice, especially from any modellers here in Queensland! Many thanks Kim

Many thanks for these informative responses. Looks like I will have to off-load them here and buy new out there! Our stuff will be in an ISO container in transit for some 6 to 8 weeks so best to play it safe I suppose.

I am in the process of emigrating to Australia, and both removal companies that I have spoken to have been unsure as to whether I can ship Lipos in the ISO container with our furniture. One suggested binning my lipos and buying new over there, the other said put them all in my hand luggage and ask when I get there!?! Can anyone out there provide me with definitive answer please, before I off load a couple of dozen lipos? Many thanks.
