  1. As Martin and Cymaz has said your on your own to a certain degree You need to be careful with going exact off plan as I’d a strut is leaning over the drawn length may be shorter than the desired actual length
  2. To the best of my knowledge the kit was only supplied as part wood frame and ply with vacuum formed front glass fibre cowls of various looks are available
  3. That looks to be the older plan before the newer CNC cut kit,
  4. The easy way to distinguish between the old kit versus the new kit is the top wing retainer bolt hole location
  5. Dunno but it’s more than capable of being modified for electric
  6. I purchased a new Power Thing kit and set to making one for a bit of nostalgia but to a better standard than my original one
  7. I messed up building a Disco in my early years of flying, I grabbed the chance of a unstated kit a year or two ago Finally got my worries out of the way and revisited some old school building techniques I’ve yet to brave a test flight

  11. I had the first flight last week of G-BERT And all is good

  14. I glued a picture to one side and used a scroll saw to cut it out I thought it might crumble but it was ok
  15. A pleasant change from the normal kit build, Some old school methods not widely used these days
