    Hi Tim, I built the Vic Smeed "Madcap" and used thin cable ties to secure the u/c to the ply fuselage former. Once pulled tight and trimmed they are very unlikely to move but I did put a small amount of epoxy on each one just to be sure. My build blog is on here if you search "Madcap build" Cheers Dave p

    I got mine from Lidl, it looks very similar to the Bosch model, and it does the job just fine.

    I'm a fan of Titebond aliphatic although it does take its time to set..

    I think you should be talking in Amps not mA ( milliamps) I believe that motor draws about 90A so I'd go for a 100A esc. Ther are more expert modellers on here who can give more precise recommendations. Regards Dave P

    All of my batteries are at storage charge until the day I want to use them. I then, when back from the field, put them back to storage charge again.

    I bought a batch of small plastic bottles with thin metal spouts from banggood, they are excellent for getting small amounts of glue in tight spaces. I'll see if I can upload a photo later.

    I've used that motor in one of my models, I replaced the grub screws with small bolts from Modelfixings.

    Yes that is a good price, I've not seen any Gold kits advertised under £140...
