  1. Hello! I'm looking for any photographs or information about a RC Airplane exhibition that occurred in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Spring of 1971. The model planes were exhibited in an art gallery NSCOA on Coburg Road. This exhibition happened multiple times over the years. Photos from any year helpful, though the 1971 show is the topic of my current research. Does anyone know someone who saw/participated in the exhibition? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Honestly I think it could be either of them. I think the wings look closer to the Junkers, though the shape of the top of the plane looks closer to the Stuka. Hmm... Opps, I meant the top looks closer to the BF109, sorry.

  6. I managed to track down some more planes! Does anyone recognize these? (The only thing I can figure is the one in the middle is a German Hawker Hurricane model, does that seem right?)
  7. Posted by Mike T on 27/08/2020 12:08:08: Re the Heath Baby Bullet (pic 4). Given the timescale (and the scale of the person in the pic) I think this is most likely to be built from the Ziroli plan: Baby Bullet Wow, this plan is spot on! Thanks so much!
  8. Hi there! I need help identifying some model planes for a research project! Sadly, I know nothing about planes... so I thought I'd reach out to some people who do! The photos are from a 1971 model plane show in Nova Scotia. (Sorry the pictures are so blurry, but this is all I have!) I'm trying to figure out what kind of plane, RC, kit, or model they are. These are all from before the 70's, so I don't really expect anyone to know the exact specifications, but if these remind you anything please let me know! Even ballpark estimates will help my research! Thanks in advance! Plane 1: Plane 2: Plane 3: Plane 4: ~~~~~ I also have a photo of this model zeppelin. I know it's not a plane, but if you also happen to know anything about what this might be let me know! Thanks again!
