Toto There is a small club at Linlithgow that may be closer and perhaps less regimented if you are looking for another club But I would suggest you keep training on your arising star if the problems with its reliability are nearly over . Better to try sticking to one model ,fly with you instructor as often as you can until you progress to solo If you really feel there is problems with your instructor and instructions during training then i suggest you then look for another club and instructor The thing you should concentrate on is to get the model , radio and buddy system reliable so reasonable training sessions can occur.. You will then get good flight time in that will you get you to progress quickly.

Just a small point but have you all considered that the engine problems may be due to the radio going into failsafe with the result (due to the throttle being fully closer) the engine stops followed then by lack of control and resulting problems. Hence this may be the cause of all the problems (just a thought guys) I think the radio link problem is a must to get fixed.
