Hi I know that generally flyers ask for the equivalent electric setup of an IC engine, but what about the other way round? The reason I ask is purely because I can see times when the weather is better than was expected the previous day so with IC/Glow etc I can just pack and go without worrying that I haven't got any batteries charged. Also, while I'm here, what is a suitable approximate IC engine size for 3s power and any recommendations for planes with that size IC engine? many thanks.

Unfortunately I agree, Merc cars just too strong. It will be Max against 2 Mercs again so not much chance at all to finish ahead of Hamilton.

I'm not a fan of Hamilton. too much drama queen for me, but I'm not particularly a fan of Verstappen either. I do think though that it will be a great shame if Verstappen loses the title. He has lost many points due to bad luck(eg Hungary and Baku) and Hamilton has had a lot of good luck (eg Imola, where a red flag let him off the hook caused by a driving error). It was a good season whilst the cars were pretty much equal but now Hamilton has got back what he has had for many years, the much better race car. Since Silverstone the Merc has just got faster and faster. Verstappen has had to be forceful because he hasn't got the engine to overtake a Merc, whereas Hamilton can easily pass the Red Bull because of that beast of an engine the Merc has. Verstappen has had to attempt overtakes in the corners, Hamilton has always been used to overtaking on the straights.

Thanks Beth Actually, I am finding it hard to believe I am actually logged on to the forum. All I could do previously was log onto the RCM&E home page. Despite many emails asking for a solution plus a hand-written letter, I could never get to logon to the forum. I hope this is a proper fix and I can log in again after I logout. I really don't know why there wasn't a common logon for the home page and Forums right from the start.
