I have two 7.2v nimh batteries powering my starter. They don't seem to last very long anymore. how can I test them. I don't want to shell out for new ones unless I really have to

guys have issues with engine cutting at half throttle. new engine sc 46 had 10 tank fulls of fuel through it we can set it up and it goes . after its run a tank full try to get to run and same half throttle and cuts. anyway found bottom end needle moving. the o ring is very loose on the needle am i right in saying it should be tight.

Greetings all. I decided to join the forum for advice tips etc. I am building my third plane at the moment (no, I haven't crashed one yet!) I am currently flying a Seagull Arising Star trainer but have built a Macchi Veltro and am currently working on a Black horse Space Walker. Needless to say it will be a while before I get enough experience to fly the Veltro, but it's really nice to look at!
