Shane Talbot
My kit finally arrived from Traplet on May 23 ( ordered March 24) and I am into it already. The weather just turned wintery in Melbourne so plenty of indoor time to build. can someone explain how to upload a photo please.

Steve Houghton
Shane, That's amazing speed-building for only 6 weeks' work. Maybe we need more bad weather over here as well - Oh, I just noticed it is bad, although it's supposed to be Summer here! Very neat work. Shane Talbot
Stickers have arrived, she looks like an Aussi bird now. I am making a balsa canopy to use until my proper one arrives.,

Shane Talbot
Did anyone see Hillary Clinton on the news today? She was interviewed standing in front of a Skyhawk on an aircraft carrier somewhere, I think it was a museum.
Shane Talbot
I finally got the chance to fly my A4 at Baldhills north of Ballarat, Victoria last Saturday. The forecast was for 20kt winds however when we arrived it seemed a little stronger than predicted, my wing speed indicator registered 30 gusting to 37kts. I waited around for a couple of hours then gave up and went home. We have had a very windy month here in south east Australia but I am ready to return to Bald Hills on the right day. zz
The A4 looks great Shane. Remember going to Garden Island as a kid when the Opera House was opened and seeing these birds lined up on Melbourne. The wind has been very unseasonable this year, right up the eastern seaboard. The August winds well into October. I reckon I saw a couple of Galahs flying backwards the other day. Just saw your Q about Clinton, my guess would be the USS Intrepid museum in New York or the Hornet in San Diego. Just a guess.
