Thanks Kevin it really is a joy to fly. We’ll sort out a photo session in the not too distant.

Well the not to distant was today.

Sadly I had to cut my flying time down to this morning only, but before I left.....

I shall go through the rest in a few days.

This one straight from the camera, zero editing.

Kevin, nice picture of your bf110 in flight.

Just returned from Wiltshire and whilst there I met with THE BOSS!

Took both my b110 and bf109 with me for their maiden. After setting up checks the 110 was lined up into wind, powered up and away she went - beautiful no trim changes, climbing circuit , wheels up, perfect!

another circuit AND what happened next? We were not really sure what happened - clockwise spin then heavy crunch into the corn field. ?.

Then it was time for the bf109 but that's another story.

Thanks Richard, good to meet you at last. A most enjoyable day.

It did look in a sorry state, wing in half,  fus had quite a few cracks.

We checked out the 109 connected up and esc beeps and - nothing, esc getting warm.

slight smell from motor.

Changed esc- no change

Swapped radio gear to Richards - no change

Gave up and went to the pub.

Yes it was great to meet Graham and his beautifully finished models , but we had more gremlins than we could shake a stick at .

Even the lads were baffled . Here they are discussing the 110 with Graham .

Sweep had some very useful comments .

Unfortunately , nobody could understand what they were .

After the 110 doing a lovely take off and circuit before the gremlins set in .

It was decided to hand over the very beautiful 109 to an increasingly impatient small dog .

Unfortunately , the motor defied his attempts to start it , answering only with a repetitive bleep bleep .

This further infuriated him to the point where I cannot begin to describe his verbal and visual abuse at both machine and mankind .

We have had to up his dose as soon as he got home .

Green Graham says we should have him somewhere near normal in a week or so .
