Tony j
Hi all I have recently hooked up a plane in a buddy system so that I can take my first flight with it with a more experience flyer. However I found that all surfaces were swapping over nicely except the ailerons which seem to have a mass of movement when switched to the trainer tx . I have had to use all my sub trim on the trainer tx to equal them out. now have read in the instructions that it does not recommend that you use too much sub trim to do with overiding the servos can anyone throw any light on why I have had so much movement. all is fine on the master tx and the plane has been flown master tx is JR slave is Spektrum Dx6i hope this makes sense Thanks in advance for your time Kind Regards Tony J
Chris Bott - Moderator
It sounds like the aileron stick on one of the Txs is slightly out of calibration, Tony. Not normally a big issue as you set up all your models to suit. Until you come to buddying up, that is. Do either of them have a calibration option?
