Tosh McCaber Posted October 31, 2020 Share Posted October 31, 2020 I'm looking at building from a German plan,a high wing lightweight model- wingspan 900mm, weight 430g, and motor- that's what I'm unclear about- the plan states- 50g brushless z.B DPower 2814- prop size depenant on motor. David Hall 9 Posted October 31, 2020 Share Posted October 31, 2020 From a search on that motor, it is a rear mounted 28mm motor, 22.5 long, 41g, 1380 kv, rated at 11A. I guess that something around 1300/1400kv 2822 motor will be right. Something along these lines... Edit: the image of the motor suggested didn't match the spec, changed.
