Gorgeous countryside. I can bribe the guards £1.50 and they let me in but it also costs £1.50 the other way.?

That's because you live in Lincolnshire. Anywhere else it would be double.

Except Lancashire (we've found a use for Trump's derelict fence).

Time for another one.

This is one of the smaller models and is a Kawasaki Hein.

Wingspan 1390mm.

It looks like a fairly complex build and I shall be making this for electric power (just to complicate things more !).

The parts are cut and the building board is cleared.

As with the others, this is a proof of concept build so I don't need to fly it.

If anybody is interested in finishing it off, let me know.

Dare i say it, someone has left an electric moto on the bench, bin it and get a proper smokey, oily noisy methanol engine for it,,,?

Sorry grandad, but a small warbird with a cylinder head sticking out of the side and a big exhaust underneath throwing out single cylinder bangs as it goes past is a bit like a modern superyacht with paddle wheels and a steam whistle.

?

Now if it were a large scale radial scale model with a Moki up front, it would be a different matter.

I was thinking more on the lines of a four stroke,,,

I thought this one was going to be difficult, but it turning out to be a nice build !

The fuselage is almost self jigging, though I don't think it will be a lightweight model with all the plywood (not lite ply).

The next part will be the wing centre section, so that I can align the dowels before completing the fuselage.
