I'm not terribly up on 3D printing - how dimensionally accurate are the prints? I'm thinking about how to get a snug, but not too snug, slight interference fit on the plugs inside the sleeve. In one housing it's neater and presumably you could just cut off the lead with plug if you didn't need it. understood, but I'm not looking to merge/split conductors. 3-pin stuff is easy enough to do - I can chop up servo extensions or use a 3-pin sleeve (bottom): the issue really is the 4-pin stuff which is typically not servos - eg 4-pin Rx, VTx, GPS - or 2-pin - eg I2C - although it's easy enough to use 3-pin for 2-pin.
