David Davis
A young clubmate has bought this biplane in an estate sale. I am not able to identify it. Perhaps the wings are from two different models! Wingspan is about five feet or 1.5 metres. Anybody got an idea of what it is?

Geoff S
I don't think the wings are from different models. It's quite common for the top wing of a biplane to sweep back so the pilot has a better view above. I have go idea as to its identity, however. Like you see JD The lower wing is facing the wrong way And needs checking for fit with the leading edge forward

David Davis
Thank you for your responses gentlemen. I have no intention of finishing it off myself so I don't know whether the lower wing fits or not. It could be a WIK Modelle Tiger but the tailplane structure looks different. The model was left in our club hut last Sunday. I went flying yesterday and it had gone. Someone's going to have a go at completing it!
