Biased,, of course, modifying methanol to petrol as well although some manufactures are specifically against it,,,

His UMS is running well although he says that each flight the rockers need a good oiling, he is running it on a 3 bladed prop,

I saw it do it's first flights and the sound is "Awesome",,, you electrics won't want to save the planet once you have heard one,,,?

Ah, I was thinking more of the 77. Anyway I’ve decided to stick with my preferred engine of choice that is, of course, Laser and go with a 360v for the Corsair. After all I need to make it to 20!

I’ve had a 7-77 glow for about 10 years now. The manual is very good and should be adhered to. I did buy a Sonic Tronics glow driver system for it . It does cure any chance of the lower cylinders going out. I’ve had only one issue, one of the cylinder con rods came off the crank. I can’t remember the details as it was years ago. A friend of mine repaired it and it’s been faultless ever since.

I mix my own fuel. I doesn’t need 18% oil, I cut ordinary fuel 50-50 with methanol and this has worked ok.
