I have built from Peters plans before and they have flown excellent so I was was not expecting anything drastic happening and it was no surprise when it flew more or less perfect. One question if I may , I could not get the cg right with a 3s 2200 lipo but got it spot on with a 3s 3200 so how much tolerance from the recommended regarding the cg if I try a 2200. Wookman Posted August 9, 2022 Share Posted August 9, 2022 Stick the 2200 in with some nose weight to get the correct cg. Gradually remove the nose weight, it will soon let you know when you are getting near the limit. Chances are that will not get away with the 2200 without any extra nose weight. Peter Miller Posted August 9, 2022 Share Posted August 9, 2022 Just spotted this (I didn't get a notification!!!) Not sure how it would respond to a rearward CG. Possibly the best idea would be to use the smaller battery with added nose weight and remove a bit at a time. The original is in other hands now and has been flown all over the place with a Canon camera on board.
