Yesterday I was chatting to a mate who's volunteering at the Olympics, he collects the batons from the relay runners after the race, he's great at it................you've got to hand it to him......

  It must have got mixed up with other stuff when I left the job.

       Above is a practice "what to do if found dummy" that we used when I was a Coastguard officer. Later we used an actual used Rapier missile we recovered from a beach and M.O.D. said we could keep it for practice use.

  It gets some weird looks from walkers as they go by.
