GrumpyGnome Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 So, if Port 3 worked on cars?/drones but not on an aeroplane setup, there must be something set incorrectly in the transmitter, Unless the rx worked well "a while ago" or it was in a crash....... I don't have a DX8 but I'm sure someone on here will have one. It’s also complicated enough to trip you up, and drive you mad, until the penny drops. If you got in physical touch with your local RC club, you can get someone, familiar with spectrum systems to sort it out or say it’s knackered. I'm not getting a new transmitter I'm getting a new receiver, I'm sure the transmitter is still perfectly fine because it is showing that it is doing everything it should do. Tom Gaskin 1 Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 Bind the receiver to an unused, standard model memory, with no mixing setup at this point. Check that all of the channels are doing what you expect via the Monitor function on the transmitter. Then plug a servo into each receiver outlet in turn and to see if the servo responds. If it does, then there is a programming/setup error in the original model memory, if the servo still does work in all of the outlets it's a receiver fault.
