They have an extension lead for their micro brushless motors, a couple of inches long, with a pair of the connectors (male and female) that you are after. It costs £3.00. You could cut the lead and solder it to your motor wires, with bits of heatshrink to insulate them. https://microaces.myshopify.com/collections/brushless-electronics/products/microaces-ap05-brushless-motor-extension-cable They may even have the plugs separately.
