Martin Harris - Moderator
Not a model I’m familiar with but its designer states standard size servos - so anything equivalent to the old Futaba 148/3004 etc. around 3kg.cm upwards would be fine. Although quite large span, it’s a lowly loaded floater so any decent quality servos should be ok.
John Lee
As a slow glider the servo selection is none critical. The plans show Futaba S3003 whose specification is here . That servo is discontinued and beware of those for sale cheaply as there are plenty of fakes around which are notoriously unreliable. The S3003 has been replaced by the SU300 which can be found on offer at Slough Models: Link. This is entirely legitimate, Slough are owned by Ripmax who used to import Futaba and are now selling off their stock following the appointment of a new distributor. Otherwise I'd use any similar standard servo from a reputable brand eg Hitec, Savox, MacGregor, from a recognised retailer.

Engine Doctor
Please be aware that there are fake Futaba 3003 servos on sale on the net. They sell now for around £11 to £15 for 4 inc post. There are genuine Futaba 3003 for sale on the ner at around £10 each .The fake ones are dangerous for use in planes , dont center in the same place twice . Please dont use them . Visit a model shop and get some proper servos . Plenty of lower cost , up to a tenner each available that are fine .
Paul De Tourtoulon
Futaba S3003, S148 S 3001 have all been phased out, just get the new ones, 3 kilo std sized ones, U 300.
