Rich Griff
Happy new year folks, only 10 days late but never mind...... Using a real computer today so rally enjoying the lightening fast internet, huge screen, no swtupid predictive text and an english spell check...... Visited BMFA site to print out 2025 article 16 as last years is effectively out of date. Need to do the same for the BMFA Handbook, but before that, I hope Andy the site bmfa rep could advice please ?? Andy Symonds Could you please advise as to any and all 2025 handbook alterations please so I can literally paste alterations into my 24 handbook file hard copy, which will then be renamed BMFA 2025 Handbook, saving me quite a bit of money and many processed trees, so I do not have to print out the complete 2025 handbook, thank you so much, very much appreciated. I suspect that will also help many other members. BMFA used to supply paper paste able slips of changed info, but that was a few years ago now. Having visited the BMFA site using a real computer with a big screen, to check on things etc., some more "inaccuracies" have stood out, nay, leaped out.........some being similar/identical to the inaccuracies seen and identified in the BMFA News digital and hard copy issues ? Some worked needed there I feel Andy. Today is January 10th. 2025 after all. By the way, Happy new year to all you guys and gals, only ten days late, but better late than never eh ! My RCC test expire date is 2029, having taken the test a few years ago now. I like to retake the test every year, as a reminder, just like an annual read of the up to date highway code. Printed certificate date is shown and different to 2029........ Nearly timed out now, so RCC retest on Monday....... Maybe a new THREAD and location for dedicated BMFA stuff should started ? Looking forward to the "free" digital and hard copy BMFA NEWS Magazine, and the "free" BMFA 2025 membership stickers ! May all your landings be damage free 😄 Stay safe out there........safe flying is no accident. Legal flying is in your hands.
John Lee
If you read the Handbook site: https://handbook.bmfa.uk/ it clearly says: "All changes since the last edition (except typographical errors) are shown in red text in the online version and are 'side barred' in the downloadable PDF version. See here."
