We are planning a full flying program for both days 10am - 4pm. The organisers are inviting display pilots, traders and public to this first ever event at Popham in Hampshire easily accessible, just off the M3 and A303 at Micheldever. This is the first time Popham has closed its main runways to accommodate some much needed post pandemic model flying.
In order to meet expected Government guidelines in August, this will be an all-ticket event for track and trace and also with a strict limited on the number of persons on site over the weekend. There will be limited camping for public and pilots which must also be pre-booked follow the links on the Popham website www.popham-airfield.co.uk‘events’ which will take you to our Eventbrite ticket provider.
There will be toilets on site but no shower facilities, catering concessions will be open throughout the weekend for what is planned to be a socially distanced event.
