[Twin power train set ups]

I am looking for the percieved wisdom on power for the Rx when using two motors and two \ESC's.

 

My Twin DHC Otter instruction manual shows both ESC's in parallel. However when this was done one motor  only oscilated and would not run suspected a faulty ESC,

 

 which when replaced and the center wire cut on the control lead ( +ve) all was fine and dandy.

Have now cycled a couple of batteries to prove set up. Would be interested to hear others experience.

 

I think The model manufactures/importers/agents might owe me an ESC!!!!!!!

[Contra rotating props (reverse fitting of APC props)]

I am currently putting together the TJD DHC 6 Otter twin. The instructions that come with the kit are to say the least short on some detail.s Does anyone have any thoughts on using contra roatating props and what if any are the issues in just reversing and APC Prop.
