Eric are you talking about a new kit of an old one. the most recent DB kits are lazer cut making for more accurate easier to build models. Having not flown the Auster I won't comment on that but DB are renowned for great flying models

When I log on the price is about £100 delivered from the NL warehouse and £102.50 delivered from the Hong Kong warehouse.
And there is no Russian roulette with the customs from NL
I suspect the UK price will be within the ballpark of the above, dearer base price, cheaper shipping.

If you cant wait its in the Dutch warehouse with a quick enough turnaround to have it for turkey day

sorry thought the cut off was 500, thats why I reduced it to 500

Starry its not a a 6 quid charge its slightly less than 3% which for my normal £20 order is about 58p

LOL do you live on HK site Garbo?
Actually I did see that the day after I ordered mine through my LMS lol
Dylan I suffered something similar ages ago and now always shop around. HK seem to be the most active supplier/manufacturer out there, and yea I have spent many an hour salivating on it.

Yea I remember when it came out in the eighties, PFM models? Unlikely to be able to get spares.

Scott on the how long does delivery take? Well it depends on what method you choose, EMS you should get before Christmas, any of the other choices based on the time of year were in you'll be very lucky to have it for Big Ben ringing in the new year.

Will you be still allowed to video from full size planes?
Will I be allowed if I get a letter from my mammy?

Mine arrived yesterday and initial view is its really nice but not sure about the navigation lights.
It was double boxed and even though the wing tips are close to the edges there was no damage. My pilot appears to have been shot or drunk as he was slumped forward, a little tricky to get at but a bad of hot glue should perk him up a bit.
P.S. Hobby king any chance of the pilots as a standalone product they are quiet good?
