  1.  Thanks Timbo I guess I was on a  bit of a hiding, yep your right got by "c" and "s" round the wrong way. most of the brushless motors seem to need a 3s 11.4v well on the biger models anyway. and yes it was lipos. Back to the drawing borad I was just trying to save some money by uterlzing batteries . Martyn 
  2.   I was lucky enough to been given a Hanger 9 Sopworth camel and in the instruction it shows two 2c1p 7.4v batteries wired together to provide  14.8 but with a high Mah also I have a p38 lighting I believe it’s the one from sola models that requires the equivalent to 2*.15 I.C I  am hoping to get 2*TowerPro A2409-12T (200W) Brushless Motor (Tractor) & FLY 25A ESC Combo from BRC hobbies also they have 6400 Mah 7.4 batteries so I guess my question is will the batteries be able to power the P38 motors on the 7.4v individually as well as the camel wired together to product a 14.8 12800 Mah . I’m new to flying electric so any help is appreated   Martyn   
  3. Hi keith i flew on VC10's as cabin crew in the RAF for 6 years and love them. I to have been looking to do the same build, a EDF model have you got an update on how you got on Martyn
  4. I Have the same problem with this trainer brought it with the brush-less motor only to find no help on the engine mount any charnce of some photos of how you set yours up thanks Martyn
