  1. But of course this is the one I have changed the retracts, oh dear. Complete with possible new pilot. As I've said I started to strip it down last night. BUT! I am waiting for TWS to maiden and report before I do dihedral and flaps, so it may get put to one side for a day or two.
  2. Right, so I do not hog TWS thread again, my new sanctuary is an album, 'New Toy Shop', so no need to post any pics here. Here's a Dynam I at least made a half attemp to paint, complete with Tigger.

  23. I find it hard to accept how many of these trying to sell models with engines state 'I know nothing about this/these things, or, I am selling on behalf of someone else',....really! The vast majority of people selling model planes on EBay know nothing about them, where do they get them from then?
  24. There was a thread a couple of months ago regarding filler, can't find the thread now but...Red Devil One Time was recommended, so I got some off t'internet. I finally used it on my Dynam Spit rebuild last night. Top recommendation, this stuff is superb. So light it feels like the tub is empty. It has the consistency of mousse, spreads so easy, if you use it carefully you really do not need to sand! I don't need any more just at the moment, but I am going to get some anyway, best filler I have ever used. By the way 'Bounce' filler got a good review in the mag, so I bought a tub.....and threw it away after 4 or 5 totally failed attempts to repair a dink in a foam wing, the stuff just fell off, sorry but I was as unimpressed as you can get! Give Red Devil a try.
  25. Started on mine, demolished it. Sorry TWS but those awful little bobbles you spent time scraping off with a scalpel blade....came off in seconds with a flat needle (warding) file, smooth as a babies smooth part ready for paint. I did both wings in an hour!
