Thanks Paul ( Geelhoed )
For the info on the engine mount. It could save a lot of faffing around when the time comes. How much of the cowl needs to be cut away to facilitate the engine ?
Cheers
Toto
only the one at the bottom and a small hole at the top to put a screwdriver through if you need to adjust the engine. Without the hood, run in the engine according to the instructions. With the cowl on you will have to adjust a bit. You'll be flying in no time. Install servo just behind the firewall. much better.
with a servo tray just behind the firewall.

i have the DLE 20 ra on my skybolt. there's a review in august nr 2016. you have to shorten the motormount. mine is still flying(with a few crashes, motor off means straight down... with a biplane). your cowl will fit perfectly, i think its a about 3cm you have to cut off. otherwise the cowl wont fit.

Hi Tosh, i am using a 6s 5000 lipo and 80A ESC, no ubec. the husky weighs 5,3 kg and the prop is a 16x8.
after 4 flights i have set my timer on 5.30 min. i have enough power for a nice climb and it flies a big looping. roll rate is pretty low🤪 nice lazy eights and stall turns.
the big 5inch wheels are perfect on this plane. I didn't used the flaps yet, you dont need them for landing. the next time a give it a try, it is a STOL plane.

the digital archive was quite large at first, but I see that it only goes until 2014. is this still being added? for me a digital archive is interesting as it goes way back...

Pity, I thought it sounded too easy ?
Which one are you having problems with, Forum or Homepage, or is it both?
I know it works OK with Firefox on the Forum because that is what I use, so perhaps it is some local setting in your Firefox. Does it stay logged in OK with other forums?
I don't have any answers, but a bit more information might trigger some ideas from someone else.
Dick
yep all other forums or sites stay logged in. and no difference with both.
i am not logging out when leaving site or forum.
as far as i can see firefox settings are still the same...

thanks Dickw, but it didn't solve the problem.
forum and homepage login are different username.

Erfolg, our flying field is located in the port of Rotterdam. the largest port in Europe. We are surrounded by water, but our flying field is located in a nature reserve. on a headland. on one side 'de nieuwe waterweg' and on the other side 'het calandkanaal'. it is where the Meuse flows into the North Sea. so we have to cope with a lot of wind.
