  1. There's a whacking great hole at the bottom of my Dynam about 2/3rds the way along the bottom of the fuselage, no doubt to let the air out
  2. Just built my first RTF electric Aircraft (Dynam Smart Trainer). In UK or overseas, which are generally regarded as the best MAKES to look for where you will have all the bits you need and you will end up with a decent quality foam plane ? I don't think Dynam are bad but their instructions definitely are for a newbie who has been out of the sport for a long, long time
  3. Is it good practise these days to take the sticker off the ESC to allow more heat to disapate ? Seems to make a whole lot of sense
  4. Fabulous - GOT IT ! Thanks for the detailed picture
  5. Thanks for that - I can see how the spats fit the wheels but how do the wheels attach to the undercarriage - which screws/parts ? I may have the odd bit missing
  6. Thanks Tony, REALLY helpful !!!! To be honest, I'm really struggling with how to fix the wheels to the undercarriage, anything you can post or send me (pictures ??) would be really appreciated ([email protected]) or on here. Thanks also for the infr re the front wheel and elevator (elevator was starting to worry me). I think they have sent me the right horns for the rudder & elevator but I maybe wrong.... Just a few other points:- Instructions are next to useless (NOTHING on there about building the wheels) Photos are far too small (and in B&W) to be useful
  7. Hi all, New to building these types of planes. Could I ask just a few questions re the Dynam Smart ? - Does the 2-wheel undercarriage usually come pre-built ? Mine has come in bits and not enough parts to put the wheels together and not mentioned at all in the instructions (which I find really basic). Nosewheel is fine - Elevator, is one side suppose to connect to the other somehow or is just 1/2 of it used (which seems weird) ? Thanks
