Ok to electrify it I recon a Purple Power 5065-380 or an Axi ..... turning a 16x10 prop on 6s 5000mah with a 70 to 80A esc should do. I have some 3s 3700mah I can chane together so motor and esc should not brake the bank. This looks like a goer!!! count me in........... -

At 9.5lbs and .91-1.20 two-stroke motors this is going to take quite a few batteries and a big brushless to convert, and as always a sound system. -

I have successfully used polyfiller one fill. On epp foam, than glass fibre tape and then a few coats of high build grey paint primer from Halfords by Simons. Final finish solafilm.

Hi All I can thoroughly recommend these motors; I have used them in a Megastar and Fun Jet to some balsa bashing planes such as the Chilli Breeze and recently a powered version on the Predator published in an old copy of RCM&E. I have one of the Li-Po’s a 3s1p that I run the Fun Jet on and its had over 15 cycles and still dose not need balancing, again another recommendations. What more can I say I use Purple Power now. A convert from AXI motors. Steve -
