Not my experience Vinnie i've got the original bell 47 had it for nearly 2 years now flying ast least 6 times a week and it still pops off the floor straight into the most stable hover literally hands off however i do lubricate the motors every now and again with a very light oil designed for electric motors and generally keep it dust free

oops my mistake lets hope they can

Hiya people just a quick one on the yaw pot on the bell 47/medivac if its maxed it might also be that the link connecting the fly bar to the top rotor is set wrong by experimenting with the length it is poss to ajust the amount of yaw trim required. move with caution though doesn't need much.

the above link is to a site that details the developement of a tandem rotor set of mechanics that gives real potential to all scale fans that fancy a tandem heli. the prices seem to be reasonable to.

Being a mere puppy at 52 i was only 5 in 61 and didn't get bitten by the model flying bug for some 5 years amazes me how much things had advanced by then although the free flight scene seems to have been much the same

The aircraft i'd like to see as a feature plan is a beechcraft cessna i think twin engine V tail some thing I remember from my dim and distant youth. Dual power optoins would be good. by the way isn't a westland whirlwind a helicopter just some thing i saw earlier from Robert graham may be a new thread needed.
