Have managed to source a NIB Magnum and have an new Irvine 53 ready to go.....now I know the purists will say it needs a West motor etc and will call me a heretic, but I dont have a purists budget and I do have an Irvine 53! Firstly has anyone tried this or a similar set up? I intend to swing a small prop so questions are, A) will a 53 still give a reasonable performance and B) whats the smallest prop i can get away with to get the revs up? Am hoping to put some JR digi servos in as dont seem the point in MG servos on my milder set up but would wonder what others have tried ?
