2.4 Interference????

From my experiance its because the pilot hasn't checked that a fully charged battery has gone in, or done a range check, checked control surface travel and direction etc. i don't mean to say that if you crash that your a bad pilot, but that there are many problems that arise from lack of pre-flight checks.

RF is the black magic art of electronics. not always to be trusted and not always understood.

Thanks everyone for your input. I am usually very thorough with my checks so I will just monitor the situation at the site. We are about 10 miles from St.Mawgan! I will make sure all my batteries are fully charged. But then, I always do anyway! BTW my servos are Futaba digitals. RX is Spekky, and so far I haven't had any problems.

We have a club aerobatics comp this Sunday, so that will be interesting....
