Reduced Bixler Wingtip Dihedral.

Decided to reduce my Bixler's tip dihedral after some interesting moments in gusty wind today.

If I hadn't been messing with the camera the whole thing would have taken less than 10 mins.

I simply allowed each wing's own weight to do the bending, assisted by a Philips SalonDry Active Ion (2000w) hair drier.

After each heating session, i rubbed over the heated area with a cold steel ruler to reduce the bubbly surface effect. Not that I'm too worried about a heroically battle scarred trainer plane. wink 2

Maiden flight of new wing tips may not happen till next weekend due to weather.
