Phil Winks Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 I was lucky ? enough to win an FMS Moa 1500 PNP at one of my club AGM's earlier this month, I've just got round to looking at it having finally ordered some 2s batteries for it, the wing fixing is, to my mind, a little suspect, basically its held on by 4 self tapping screws that appear to only penetrate the receiving bushes in the fuse by about 4mm these screws are 2.6mm diameter and it really looks like they only just have a grip, so has anyone flown one more than a few times and if so do the mounting screws stand up to repeated removal and re-fitting ? or should I source some longer and maybe thicker screws ?
