Reno Racer
I would recommended one of the Tony Nijhuis ones. 38 or 46" span electrics here **LINK**
GrahamC
I've built a 46 inch Nijhuis one, and most of a Cloud models 53 inch one. I managed to squeeze retracts into the 46 inch one which flew OK. A loop tended to get out of hand and result in a spin, but its a nice enough model. I took on the Cloud models build for a friend, but didn't enjoy it. There is a lot of plastic in the kit, and I found it fiddly and not as nice as working with wood.

eflightray
Scratch build your own if you don't mind looks, 50" span, 20oz flying, 3s 1800mAh, and a couple of 2408-21 'bell' motors, great fun, cheap, and doesn't look profile in the air. (Sorry, no plans, just a 3-view, and some Depron).

Reno Racer
The smaller Brian taylor one, should be good for EP. Brian taylor designs are built light, always fly well and you can get a set of cnc parts and moulded bits from traplet.
