jrman
For cleaning the exterior try "Fairy Power Spray". It removes burnt on castor and similar stains.
Mike Etheridge 1
I currently have two model planes with ENYA 45's installed. They are old engines that perform very well. However to keep within the 82 db sound restriction I have had to fit 'Just Engine's' secondary silencers to the original silencers. using silicon tubes and Jubilee clips. GONZO
If you mill/file/etc a groove down each side of the exhaust port casting you can fit a silencer from an ASP/SC 52 and use the metal strap with slightly elongated holes for the bolts. The ASP/SC silencer hole spacing is slightly closer together than the Enya 'egg' silencer. Admittedly the bolts have a slight outward splay as they go from the silencer to the strap but it all seems to work and is much quieter.
