The next project on the board is this, I am looking to try some slope flying and a quick chat with Stan at PMP and I have a kit for a Stage 2a Mk2. All looks good in the box I've only built one full kit before which was my RES glider that is mainly carbon/balsa the Stage 2 is a more traditional build so I'll have a read of the instructions and peruse the plan and hopefully make a start this weekend. buster prop Posted November 28, 2019 Share Posted November 28, 2019 Great! I’m a fan of Stan Yeo’s Phoenix kits. I had a Sierra 2 built from the early kit with foam cored wings. It flew very well and I eventually sold it on to make hangar space. Sometimes wish I’d kept it. Your Stage 2A looks similar, all the Phoenix slope soarers have the same look.
