Placed and order for a 25mm wingtube at the end of February, after a week or so I got an e-mail telling me it was on its way. At the end of March I e-mailed them as nothing had arrived. After  some days I got a reply telling me to wait a week as the man that had been dealing with my order was on vacation, fair enough!.
Several e-mails was sent to them but I got no reply from them.
At the end of April I contacted both Paypal and my bank to see if I could get my money back (I had warned Carbonology about that 10 days in advance), but because it had been more the 45 and 60 days since I placed my order they would not do anything about it.
I then called carbonology (30. of April) and they told me they would send a replacement no later then the 4. of May. This new package would be trackable they told me. Fine I thourght, but after several e-mails to them last week asking them for the tracking number I still havent heard anything!!
Yesterday I sent them an e-mail, telling them to either provide me with a tracking number or cancel the order and return my money, - guess what - no reply!!!

Just to update things!
Today I've got my money back.
It took me several more emails and a phonecall to sort it out.
It was'nt untill I made the call at the beginning of this week where I spoke to a very friendly lady, things started rolling. After that phonecall I received an email with en explanation of what had happend and i was asked if I wanted my money back or a new tube sent.
My feeling is that this is a honest company, but they are just too busy to communicate via emails if things go wrong, for you guys living in England it would not be problem to call them but when you are not from England like me it is a bit more complicated and expencive.
