Well yes, but be aware that most of it is only really suited to lightweight models
I should add that in my experience of air systems ( and thats probably around 10 models or so over the years ) you do tend to get what you pay for. I found that much of the even moderately pricey gear was not engineered to quite the required standard, suffering from air leaks, and sloppy locking mechanisms.  The mechanical integrity is especially problematic if you fly off grass - as I do - so have eventually settled on only using "Spring-Air" systems from the USA.
Another component which can prove troublesome is the cheaper actuator valves.
Unfortunately however, Spring Air stuff does not fit your criteria of cheap
