One of the attractions of this motor was the price, about £18.50! Your model of the MB5 looks great. It certainly was a good looking aircraft and from the reports was a excellent performer but just a bit late to be a success. The weight of this motor and that long nose could be a problem, but that's what makes scratch building interesting I guess.

That's the one! My first attempt at setting up a link was a miserable failure!

Has anyone built anything using the 1100 Kv contra rotating motor from hobby king. I fancied designing a Martin baker MB5 for it, Now it's arrived, its certainly an impressive lump! Any advice on prop sizes etc. would be gratefully received.
