  1. Should that be 'Paul' ?   Thanks for the Depron address. I did see something like it in B&Q but it did'nt look right so I left it alone. When you say 'pipe foam' do you mean the stuff that goes around the outside of water pipes etc.?   Of course I, and I'm sure others would love to see more pics'   Jeff
  2. Great stuff P Smith, I have'nt even got the depron yet, but any help would be appreciated.   I have been studying the plan quite a bit and your photos' have cleared up a couple of items. Where do you get Depron from? B&Q?   Jeff
  3. I will David, though it will be my first venture into using depron, so keep your fingers crossed!   Jeff
  4. Thanks for that David, every little helps before I attempt a build!   Jeff
  5. Is there a build blog on here of Cyrils Stranraer?
  6. Jim, see private message.   Jeff
  7. That's lovely Jim, just what I'm looking for.   Jeff
  8. Thanks LOKI, I'll check them out.   Jeff
  9. Anyone know of plans or kits for the B.N. Islander, or R.T.F.?   Jeff
  10. Thanks Stefan and Ultymate, yeah, they're probably not wanting to spend that much on something to collect dust with!   Something with around 3-4ft span would be about right.  Is there anything like that out there in their colours, or even one that could be re painted?   Jeff
  11. Can anyone tell me about the Extra 300 model on the cover of the 50th anniversary magazine. I have been asked by one of the pilots of the full size aircraft in the 'Ultimate High' team on the availability of one that can be displayed in their offices.   Jeff
  12. Good to see you back mate, btw, what make of undercarriage are you using/   Jeff
  13. I have a very old set of plans for a 72" Cessna 172 ( upright fin model) These were originaly for freeflight  (those were the days!)  but will convert to R.C. very easily. Before I start hacking balsa, has anyone any info or drawings for this type of Cessna, or where they can be found. I was tempted to convert it to a 180 or 185 but it does seem to have it's own charm. Any help greatly appreciated.   Jeff
  14. Fred, if you're having trouble getting that link to work, so am I at the moment. It's either fell over or very very busy.   Keep trying.     Jeff
