  1. Hi John, I was flying mine this morning! It's a superb flyer on the stock set-up presumably because it's so light. I only use the elevons, I've never bothered adding the 2 extra aileron servos and it really doesn't need them. Mine has had hundreds of flights over the last 2 years or so and I still love it. It will land at walking pace without dropping a wing. Just checked the CG on mine and it's around 85-90mm from the leading edge where it joins the fuselage.2020-01-21 16.44.05.jpgimg_3557t.jpg

  2. 2019-10-04 15.46.43.jpgI have one in the same range, two Me109's over Beachy Head. Mine was a prize from a club competition, I know there were a couple of others as well, A Lancaster one I think and of course Spits.2019-10-04 15.46.33.jpg

  3. When my latest 'toy' from HK arrived yesterday the Parcel Force chap said "I don't seem to have been here for ages". To me that means I'm not ordering nearly enough stuff, although my wife says different!

Parcel Force have always delivered within the one hour time slot shown on the app and I've got to know the driver well enough for a brief chat, another happy customer

Have also had good service from DPD, Hermes etc although their drivers always seem to be in much more of a rush. I feel sorry for them, always under pressure and trying their best but not always managing to keep all the customers happy.

  4.

A club-mate has been gifted a part built model but has no idea what it is and is wondering if anyone can help. He says it's 62" span and has been beautifully built, presumably for around a 60 size I/C engine. It's mostly there but he has no idea of the fin shape or size, or canopy style.

    Any help appreciated.

  5. I think it's only the Technical Forum that's not available in English isn't it, and I imagine that would be difficult to do as lots of people (mostly German) contribute. All the manuals and downloads are available in several languages as far as I know but the Cockpit SX manual is certainly very basic. There is more info in the latest online manual than there was when they first came out but I'm sure the lack of detail means there are lots of things possible with the tx that many of us don't know about. My early Royal Evo and the previous Cockpit (the C2) came with very thorough printed manuals but I suppose it's the problem of costs that prevented something similar with the C3.

  6. Although the Multiplex website can be viewed in English sadly the forum can't, but Chrome does a reasonable job of translating it. Max Z is quite right, many of the people on the forum will answer English questions.

Capt Kremen, a couple of our members are using Gyro 3s so might be able to help if you get stuck
