  3. Welcome to the world where everything is downhill Ive been flying for 46 years now and slope for around 25 of them I now only fly pure slope but the range of aircraft I fly goes from your light thermal (on the slope its Slermal) machines to 15 KG PSS aircraft  . Its an addiction and thats a fact ,and a bad day on the slope is better than a good day at work . I travel quite extensivley for flying slopes in Australia in fact from 1 end of the country to the other and its worth every mile to get that first flight on a new site . So now your hooked just wait till you try DSing the equation for that is DS + $ =
  4. update lotsa work in the cockpit but finally have the office doneand painted ,fuse is in primer photo's in the gallery. SteveW
  5. Hmmm outside looking in, all I can say is if you have not tried it then how would you know you dont like it ?  I didnt like beer till I was 20 now I brew 50 litres at a time the rush you get from achieving these speeds inches from the ground and still in control is a real heart starter   the equation for DSing is  DS+$=  . Spencer is aprime example of pushing engineering envelops to the limits with Big $ investments  and why does he do it? because he can SteveW with only 108mph to his credit P.S. currently the record stands at 399mph  once again by SpencerEdited By stephen wenban on 06/01/2010 20:32:56
  6. Ive just stuck a few photo's in of the Fouga  and where it currently  is at in the build cycle. I thinking was that possibly someone in the UK was at an airshow and saw it fly , its a long shot  but never know till you ask .Phil C   post up what ever you think yes I may have it already  but  you may draw the ace out of the pack for me . 7. Hi Andy , Yeah well  the only place to look for detail about this aircraft would be to reference the wealth of UK knowledge as this aircraft being a 1 off makes it impossible to get any info apart from the same 6 or 7 photo's on the Internet  hence the posting here and in the PSSA forum . Phil W  Thanks for the welcome and the newbie post lol  no problems what so ever . Phil C  Thanks Mate I appreciate the effort  I assumed a lot of the details I could steal off the Magister ,such a pity its only got 1 paint scheme and its not what I'd call outstanding ,still a scale builder must build scale Of course on the slope there's a lot of poetic licence used  SteveWEdited By stephen wenban on 16/11/2009 19:28:17
