  1. The Camera was put on a non electric Windrider fox,         It was connected at the top of the canopy where the cockpit joins the Fuse . it was held in place by one 4" inch wing band around the fuse , and a smaller thinner elastic band through the key ring eye and around the fuse rearwards of the wing , that way if the main 4" band let go , the thinner 1 would keep the keyfob joined to the plane , but its worked well and has never came off , i do find a small ball of bluetac under the front of the camera keeps the Nose out of the frame , but it is excellent and ive stacked mine a few times in crashes , but its still perfect quality every time  .                   Bob
  2. You wont be dissapointed , they can take a hammering , and bounce back for more , in fact  mine has more Airmiles than George clooney in up in the Air .            Here is a film a made with the camera on the Fox ,    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uo5Lk8KAWmk    Its not just for light winds you can fly it upto 25 mph winds with a bit of lead ballast to increase the weight a bit .                       Bobbyr
  3. Here is a link to a video i did with the 808 Keyfob camera .                  Excellent quality and great value .   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Dz8V7-x_Bg   or the same but on Vimeo   http://vimeo.com/9819485                 Its not a professional job , but the images are nice and clear for a £11 camera inc postage            Bobbyr
  4. well as much as i admire all the responces here on this subject i cant believe that anybody has not mentioned an ARTF Speedo thermo 1.2m cheap chinese model . Unbelievable value at £35 with Fiberglass fuse and a  2piece built up wing , flys in the lightest of breezes yet its very capable of flying in 40 mph no worrys , its a slippy little plane that is as fast as many far more expensive planes , yet as agile as any foam wing model ive seen including alulas .  I do however think that everyone who feels they have gotten value for money out of the model they have purchased surely is a winner anyway .                 Bang for buck in my opinion is this little balsa/glass belter , its not indestructable , but a built up wing is a thing of beauty when you have to remove profilm to repair it ,So you can add education to the bang for buck theory . There are skills needed to build a built up wing , it takes time . it takes patience , it takes sanding . Then it takes covering and perfecting .                          Thats why i dont do it anymore (haha), I just pay for a ready made wing from china , and also they are an exceptional quality built up wing , they snap , but pinned down glued up its ready to get more slope abuse . Great plane , great fun ,    great value =  Great Bang for Buck .            Thats my case for the deffence Doh !!      Happy landings with whatever Plane you fly . And a Very Happy New Year to yourselfs and your familys .            Bob
