Gave that idea up on the heli esc,i have got a graupner 10x6 folding prop so with the inside the fus being a little short on space i am looking for a small 30amp esc and a suitable lipo

I have 2 Turnigy lipos both purchased together after of about 10-12 cycles one is started to show slight puffiness after charging there is no damage to it so is it still safe to use,and if i have to bin it whats the correct/safe way of disposing of lipos

Yes.I think we are on the same wavelength now,i take it you changed the motor shaft round if so how do you get the shaft out of the bell end.   Cheers

I got the motor you used,but iam struggling a little did you fit the motor on the outside of the nose cone and where is this recess,i dont suppose you have any pics on this modification,i am trying to fit the motor inside the nosecone and it wont let the drum spin,what am i doing wrong?   Colin

Looking for something cheap/cheerful ie Hobby King got a Aero-naut folding prop adaptor and bracket they are to fit a 4mm motor shaft.   Colin

No i did not get your message,anyway i tried to paint  the EZ star today which was not very successful applied the MPX primer let it dry and then went to my LHS and got some Flair Model Paint applied to the EZ star then after about an hour the paint work started to crack all over,anyone got any ideas what caused this the only thing i could think of was might have been the warm weather ?   Colin

The Guy at modelspot.co.uk told me he uses a thinner first then nothing other than halfords own brand of spray paint.

Hi Timbo.Thanks for the welcome,Sorry but at the moment no digital camera spoke to one or two guys on another forum in America and they said just make the holes bigger to accomodate all 4 screws,but i have a feeling this motor is not running quite right it does not seem to rotate smoothly when you turn it with your fingers, you can turn it there seems to be a step and on occassions its seems to lock and wont go no farther,i know it sounds daft but it seems as if there is something loose inside the works. I have a eflite 25 power motor and the movement with that is different altogether.   Cheers Colin

Trying to build this model doing ok until i came to the motor mount,was trying to fit a Turnigy Sk 3548-900 boy what a job,could only get 2 holes to line up was told to elongate the originals got the motor mounted the motor kicked off hell as if it was hitting the rear of the motor mount,anyone tell me what a suitable motor for this plane is other than the Hi-Max.   Cheers
