Hi Guys Ive Only Just Got Back Online After 'Puter Problems.   I Can Top You All, Unless Someone Can Better This.   Subscribed In July 2010 - Subs Gift Planet 2.4G Transmitter.   Emailed Them In September And Got No Reply.   Emailed Again With cc The Editor. Reply Received Was No Gift Included.   Complained Again And Was Told An Error Had Occurred And I Would Receive Gift In 28 Days, Approx Early November 2010. Guess What It Did Not Arrive.   Gave Benefit Of Doubt Due To Poor Weather At The Time And Again Had To Follow Up Mid December. No Joy.   Computer Dies In January 2011 So I Start Ringing My Hobby Store.   Get Told Non In Stock Wait 28 Days. Not Good Enough.   Ask To Speak To A Manager Who Agrees To Ring Me Back Certain Time And Date To Confirm Despatch Date. No Phone Call. Ring Again, Now Getting Very Angry, Request To Speak To A Manager Again And Finally They Start To Listen And They Confirm Ac Couple Days Later That Gift Has Been Sent Out. Hurrah.   I Receive A Book On Were To Stop In Europe For Skiing Holidays ! I Go Loopy On The Phone Again.   Finally, One Of The Managers Seems To Take This Complete Shambles Personally And Confirms Despatch Via A Phone Call Back To Me And At Last A Few Days Later I Receive The Transmitter SIX Months Late But They Got There In The End.   I Wont Give Names Of the People I Spoke To Other Than To Thank God That Someone Took The Problem On And Resolved It.   Just A Shame A Broken Computer, Several Phone Calls And A Few More Grey Hairs Were Needed To Get It Sorted.   By The Way The Transmitter Has Been Used To Get Me A Couple Of Tentative Glides As New To Flying.   Mick
