  2. This is what happens when you mount an AR600 in a petrol/ignition plane http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mBvC3bNS6w Edited By Spicks on 29/02/2012 15:59:20
  3. I have had my AXN for around a year now and must say its a brilliant piece of kit and such a great price too. Just a few things that you might want to know ... After a lot of experimenting with batterys a 3s that weighs around 135grams is the best when winds are around 8mph or lower ... Up to around 15mph wind then use 150gram 3s and anything over that use a 200gram 3s . with these set ups you will be able to use it like a glider and not have the motor going all the time.... I sometimes use a 1000 3s with 35grams added to the nose and that gives me around 40 mins flight/glide time fit a fixed prop mount and do not use the prop save bands it is supplied with as they WILL snap and try to cut your fuse in half.the prop saver that is fitted is part of the motor itself so you cant remove it but just make sure its tight. You will have to tape the hinges as they will start to crack over time.also fit a band to your canopy as it can pop off ... However I hav never had this in flight ... but its just a precaution. The wings will get loose over time and if you dont need to break it down to transport it just trickle some thin cyno in them when together . Try not to give it too much throttle when taking off as it tends to dip down under power which you will see when you give it full throttle when well clear of the ground. You might want to fit a better ESC as the standard one although still going in mine is a bit weak. also fitting a 6x4 prop brings the amps close to the limit of it ... I like to have at least 5 amps in reserve myself.... Apart from that its a great plane and I hope you have a lot of fun with it ,,,, Mine is totaly standard and It hits 1047 feet in just over 40 seconds ... Just look for my YouTube channel and you will see a few AXN vids on there .... Spicks96 is my username ...
