  17. Hi if you're not going to show it off at a fly-in then hurry up and get some flying pics and video please quick question would your method of using womens under garments and resin to cover balsa/ foam be good enough for a cowl if it was built up to several layers. say 1 to 1.5 mm thick ? Kev

  20. Hi it's made of 5mm (depron) laminate flooring underlay. 15mm pipe lagging and 38mm waste pipe the wheels are 70mm i think. not sure how heavy it is but it feels very solid fingers crossed

Hi http://members.multimania.co.uk/A75Church/tips3.htm it's the part on vbar that I was talking about. if you calculate Vbar it will tell you how stable it'll be. for a high winger that you want to be a nice relaxed flyer then the Vbar shouldn't be too low. a couple of aerobatic planes i built years ago had Vbar of about .35 so It'll have to be higher than that kev
