  1. I think I've figured out what it was I said. And I AM sorry.I think th' profile is squared away now, AND I posted a small "album" w/th' Champ in it.Look 'em up at will! Cheers!R

  3. Hey, Guys!"Forward and bossy", huh? 'Sounds more like curious about how we act in th' Colonies. :O) Now for what Paul What's'isname calls, The REST of the Story!  I currently have, down in th' shop, 1) a Dave Patrick Super Cub I bought a few yrs ago - needs an engine and fuel system and battery 2) a Tower trainer - given to me by a buddy - needs a battery 3) a Liberty Sport I finished after it was given to me by a neighbor - needs recovering and a motor/battery 4) A 3 channel sailplane called an Electricus - needs battery and ESC and 5) my 1/4 scale Nosen Champ. A friend I met on RCU GAVE me th' kit and I've been th' last year finishin' 'er off. Still have struts, control rods and fuel system as well as the windshield to go.  But there's no real rush, as I can't fly ANY of 'em yet! I had a stroke in '04 and I'm still recovering from that. It cost me my whole R side. I'm gettin' around OK, built the last 3 myself, one handed, but they're as stated above as far as completion goes. My better half says there's no sense in buying batteries and a charging system 'til I'm ready to fly. I've got a pic or 3, but I need to figure out how to post 'em here.  Next on th' agenda is a 1/4 scale Hall's Cherokee II sailplane. 'Wood's on order; 'should be here any day now. She'll be my 1st scratch-build.  Cheers, all!Ron Edited By Tim Mackey - Administrator on 06/04/2011 15:07:47

  5. I thank you, all, for a warm welcome. Not at all like th' famous "British Reserve". :O)Ron
  6. My thanks to all above. The "other" forums have never been this welcoming' this is NICE!Cheers!Ron
